Products & Purchases
GrayVolt products are sold through Amazon. Orders, payment, shipping, returns, and refunds are subject to Amazon's terms and policies. We are not a party to the Amazon transaction, and any purchase-related disputes should be addressed through Amazon first.
Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on this site are informational and may change without notice. We do our best to keep technical data accurate; minor revisions between firmware or hardware versions may occur.
Limited Warranty
GrayVolt hardware is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to normal use. Warranty claims are handled via Amazon's return process within the Amazon return window, and directly through our support team afterward.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, improper mounting, exposure to conditions outside the stated operating range, or use with incompatible accessories.
Safety & Intended Use
GrayVolt sensors are diagnostic instruments for industrial and professional use. They are not certified for safety-critical, medical, aviation, or life-support applications. You are responsible for following safe operating procedures for the machines you measure, including lockout/tagout, personal protective equipment, and manufacturer guidelines.
Intellectual Property
The site, product firmware, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation are owned by GrayVolt LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No rights are granted by implication or estoppel. The GrayVolt name and logo may not be used without written permission.
User Submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions, photos, measurement data, or other content, you grant GrayVolt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content to operate and improve our products and services. Do not send us anything you consider confidential unless we have a separate written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Regulatory Compliance
The GrayVolt sensor contains FCC ID: 2AC7Z-ESPWROOME. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by GrayVolt may void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Export of GrayVolt products is subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export products in violation of those laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
