Start with the Analyzer and upgrade to full balancing capability anytime — same hardware, just add the tach sensor and unlock the firmware.
Real-time vibration monitoring with FFT spectrum analysis. Mount, connect, and see what your machine is telling you — instantly on your phone.
Everything in the Analyzer, plus integrated tachometer and automatic balancing algorithm. Tells you exactly how much weight to add and where.
Power the sensor. It spins up its own WiFi network. Connect — and your phone's captive portal pops open the measurement dashboard automatically. Same flow you already know from hotel WiFi.
SLA-printed Formlabs Tough 1500 resin shell. Neodymium magnet in the base for fast attachment to ferrous housings. VHB tape included for aluminum or plastic surfaces.
The smallest wireless vibration sensor you can buy. Every part is here because it has to be — nothing extra, nothing missing.
Industrial-grade components in a package smaller than a coin cell battery. Every spec chosen with purpose.
No laptop, no drivers, no software installation. Just a phone with a browser.
Stick the magnetic sensor on the spindle housing. Mark the shaft with a sharpie for the tach reference. Plug in USB-C power.
Open your phone's WiFi settings. Connect to "GV-XXXX". Your browser opens automatically with the measurement dashboard.
Start the spindle. Vibration data streams live. The Balancer edition tells you exactly where to add weight and how much. Done.
Premium capability at a fraction of the cost. No laptop, no cables, no subscription fees.

The same precision hardware works across industries. Different machines, same workflow.
Reduce spindle vibration for better surface finish and longer bearing life.
Balance commercial HVAC fans in the field without removing them from the duct.
Monitor vibration trends to catch bearing wear and misalignment before failure.
Wireless input shaping calibration. No wiring to your printer's MCU required.
No. The sensor hosts its own WiFi network and serves the measurement dashboard through your phone's or tablet's built-in browser via a captive portal. Works on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS — anything with WiFi and a browser.
The sensor reads once-per-revolution vibration amplitude and phase via the IR tach. The web UI then uses the classic influence-coefficient method to tell you how much trim weight to add, and at what angular position, to cancel the measured imbalance. Results depend on your setup and machine.
Yes. The hardware is identical. Buy the $99 Upgrade Kit — it ships with the IR tach sensor, 3.5mm cable, and a firmware unlock code. Enter the code in the web UI and balancing unlocks instantly.
Any rotating machine where an IMU can pick up once-per-rev signal. We've tested up to 24,000 RPM; the hardware's IMU bandwidth extends the theoretical ceiling well beyond that, but we're not making tested claims past 24k until we've run them.
Entirely local by default. The sensor streams to your phone over its own WiFi — no internet connection required, no data leaves your network. An optional MQTT export lets you push readings to your own server if you want historical trending.
A strong magnet in the base is the fastest option for ferrous housings. For aluminum or plastic, 3M VHB adhesive strips are included. With the Balancer kit we recommend mounting on a dial-indicator magnetic base — the V-block bottom clamps onto round spindle housings and the magnet holds the sensor steady through a balancing run.
The tach sensor has an 8 mm shank — ideal for a dial-indicator magnetic base. Clamp the shank in the base, position the IR eye toward a sharpie mark on the rotating shaft, and lock it down. The mag base holds rigidly on any ferrous surface and lets you fine-adjust aim without tools. A bold sharpie line on the shaft is all the tach needs for a clean trigger — no reflective tape required.
