Payments are processed securely by Stripe; GrayVolt does not receive or store your full card number. - Device interface data — the GrayVolt sensor operates on your local network. Measurement data stays on your device and phone unless you choose to share it with us for support.
- Analytics information — we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site traffic and conversions. GA4 may collect page URLs, interaction and conversion events, device and browser information, approximate location, and identifiers stored in analytics cookies.
- Basic server logs — our web host records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and operational purposes, retained for no more than 30 days.
