This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed directly on grayvolt.ai. We want you to buy with confidence — if a GrayVolt sensor isn't right for you, here's how returns and refunds work. (Orders placed through Amazon follow Amazon's return policy instead.)
30-Day Returns
You may return a GrayVolt product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in resalable condition — unused or only lightly tested — with its original packaging and all included accessories (magnetic mount, tach sensor, cable, etc.).
How to Start a Return
Email support@grayvolt.ai with your order number (from your confirmation email) and the reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns can't be tracked or refunded reliably.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping. If the item arrived defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong product, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — just include a photo when you email us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in resalable condition. Original outbound shipping (if any) is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sensor arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact support@grayvolt.ai right away. Within the 30-day window we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. After 30 days, defects are covered by our limited warranty below.
Warranty
GrayVolt hardware carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to normal use. Full warranty terms and exclusions are in our Terms of Service.
